Email: Just click on this link and write to us at info@bathandbed.com. We generally respond to emails with 1 hour if it is sent during our Business Hours (Monday - Saturday 9am - 5pm EST). Emails sent after hours will be responded to the next morning.

Chat: You can chat with us during our Business Hours by clicking on the "How can we help? Click here for live help" button on the top right hand corner of our Website. A small window will pop-up on your screen and then an operator will respond to you. There is nothing to download!

Telephone: You can always contact us by phone if you have any questions. Canada and US residents can call us toll free at 1-866-443-4400. International Customers please call us at 519-322-4675.
